Who we are

Ingrid de Pauw (Design & Explore) has an M.Sc. and PhD in Industrial Design Engineering (Delft University of Technology) and over 20 years of experience in sustainable product design and design-research projects. Her work includes the design of the Wooden guardrails, Floating water purifier, and Solar coolbox, and the market innovation projects Household water saving, Product strategy for utilizing Dutch wood, and Circular product design. She obtained a PhD degree for her research on Nature-Inspired Design.

Bram van der Grinten (Design & Explore) also graduated from DUT (M.Sc.), with a specialization in sustainable product development and Cradle to Cradle design and more than 10 years of experience in sustainable design engineering. His work includes the design of strollers, an electric scooter, and a fitness fountain, and research to support companies in the application of Nature-Inspired Design with a best-practice NID-methodology.

Carmen van der Vecht (Design) has an M.Sc. from DUT and over 20 years of experience in sustainable design and social entrepreneurship. She is founder and creative partner of Rambler, a social venture offering streetwear fashion, designed and created by street teens, with studios in Amsterdam and Berlin.
